I've spent a little more time on the Joker, neatening lines and smoothing things out for the most part, but I've also added the 'pin' stripes to the trousers.
The smoothing I did on the coat was my first attempt at a little wet blending, which worked quite nicely and was a lot faster than my normal glazing (which I have only used on my last 3 models). My only problem was that the paint dried a little too fast on the model so I'm going to invest in a little retarder to play with.
I'm a lot happier with the coat in general and especially the front, but I don't think it's quite there yet. Some of the shadows on the back are a little too deep and I've definitely lost some contrast on both ends. One more session should get it to a place that I'm happy with.
Pin stripes are... fine. Aside from their thickness, which seems to be my limit at the moment, I don't like the way that they interact with the shadows. I'm going to live with it for the moment but might decide to reset to purple and begin again, there isn't any fine detail there so I'm not too worried about slightly thicker paint.
Something else that I'm not convinced by at the moment are the buttons. In the actual costume they are coloured to match the material (both the green and the purple) but I'm wondering if they wouldn't look better in some contrasting colour (possibly black on the waistcoat and gold on the overcoat).

Next up are the hair and face... which are terrifying me slightly. I'm only just getting the hang of normal flesh and I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with white makeup... let alone the free hand. I guess I'll make it up as I go along.
As always, any comments or criticisms would be appreciated.
Edit: This is a difficult model to photograph, especially with a cellphone. Actual colours are closer to the front view... forgive the forehead glare!
