Small update on the inquisitor.

Resisting the urge to try and paint him neat and smooth. It’s supposed to be a much more dark and Blanche-y project.

Great batch of work you've been doing.

The finished Orukk on big dragon thing turned out really nice...as others have said I hope your client was stoked with the results.

Inquisitor is looking good too...would be really good to see you push that Grimdark thing to the limit on it. Blanchogeddon!

Really keen to see what you do with that Contemptor as well....base is a cracking start!

Cheers Hairster. The client was happy in the end (especially since I offered to paint the model at cost). The Inquisitor will be getting quite a lot of weathering applied I think.

May go with an oil wash on him before beginning the detail work. Or may not, who knows.

Thanks guys. Kuribo, I’m by no means an expert at basing, I just muddle my way through.

The inquisitor is as finished as he’s going to get until the rest of the squad is done and I can base them.

Really love the work on the Inquisitor, Fox. In particular, I really like the colours and the shadows colours your using here. The blue is outstanding as well as the leather.

Still very much in progress. For those of you that have seen it, I’m definitely taking some cues from David Soper’s work on the same model. In my defence, I’m using a colour recipe that BaM sent me a few weeks back!
I’m going to go back in with some green tones to disease him up.
