Tepes Trajan

This is a repaint of on earlier attempt, and the original placed second in a local painting contest. I cleaned him better this time around, and painted him with a more un-healthy skin tone. I primed him black, and have had trouble with skin tones on black primer. So I first painted his skin Stone Gray, with a light covering of (Reaper's) Dwarf Flesh, and a wash of lavender paint. His base is the standard sculpted Reaper base, which I painted prior to adding small rocks and static grass. I debated about attaching him to a GW plastic base, and may eventually do so. Comments? Questions?? Advice???

You've done an excellent job keeping parts separated with black lines, giving the mini good detail. A drawback is the hair though, try blonde hair by starting with a medium brown then successive highlights by slowly addding the color of bone and just a tiny touch of yellow or no yellow at all.
