Music interests of you CMONers

Just got hooked on a group called Primer 55. Think they have a couple albums out, but all I have is their first, and for a rock group, they do in fact rock.

I like a little of everything. My music collection looks like i have no musical taste as Phantom of the oprea rubbs up against Gackt and Disturbed. But short list looks like...

Disturbed
White Zombie
Gackt
Nickleback
Alice Cooper
Ozzy
Weird Al
Phantom of the Oprea (Both the new movie version and the original Broadway cast.)

Err.. are you emo? :D

No, no I\'m not, In fact, Emo\'s are just people trying to catch the next \"fashion train\". But then again, checkers and black hair are way cool. :p

I got in big trouble for playing stairway in a guitar store once. Some guy was trying to play it so I showed him how....The boss heard it and went nuts! The guy had the balls to point at me as I was pointing at him...but I was holding the axe....lol

Stairway and Smoke on the water DENIED! In all good music stores ;)

no introduction needed, just check it out.

The riff in Servent to Death is a complete The Haunted rip off, but they\'re okay. Oh yeah as for the \"few bruises\" at Arch Enemy, I\'m also seeing Lamb of God next month. Circle pits \'o\' rama, almost got K.O\'d in a hatebreed one.

www.myspace.com/threatsignal Listen to One Last Breath. Now that\'s metal.

cool ryffs, i\'m not into the gutteral screaming tho.

to me it\'s like asking a guitarist to crank up the gain till you can\'t hear what he is playing. all you get is white noise distortion.

then again, i was never into punk and that is where the influence came from with the growling/screaming thing that is used almost exclusivley nowadays.

have fun at the gigs man :)

I\'m unlucky enough to have a traffic light out side the window where I paint, so unfortunately I listen to the music of every dumb Fucker who plays their car stereo too loud .

Thought for everyone, be considerate when driving through residential areas late at night.

I think I have Vince gamer\'s dad\'s record collection...

Hip hop is the new take that, quite frankly I can\'t be arsed with the hype, but the Roots have always been worth listening to

Funhouse by the Stooges is the best punk rock album ever recorded, listen to it, you won\'t beleive it was recorded in 1969/70. beats the crap out of franz f., strokes et al imho.
