Great work. I like the litttle details (like the mole on the cheek) and the overall look of the color scheme. I agree that the bottle of wine is a very interesting touch. The glass in the lamp post looks great. Gloss on the post makes sense as the post would be painted with a glossy paint.
The Harlot herself is great (good colors and shading). The things I don't care for are the shiny look of the lampost (may have been the flash)and the base (looks like she is standing in gore)
