"The sound of water trickling awakened the Amber Dragon. The snow had begun to melt and her gems would again begin to shine..." So few of these dragons have been painted with an amber colouring, i decided that it would be an interesting challenge. The base was moulded from clay and i used amber glass and Tiger eye stones along with some flock and hair. This is a great mini and sometime, I will put it on e-bay. Just as soon as i can bear to part with it! Thanks to everyone who gave me snow advice. Comments are welcome and appreciated.

Love the Amber colors. And you are right. I have seen this "amber" dragon painted in a variety of non amber colors. Base looks awesome...love the stones.

A better photo would improve your score (wink). Your use of tigereye works well. and I love the shading/highlights on your base.
