Dark Elf Cold One Knight,NMM

Dark Elf Cold One Knight, painted in shades of purple armor with gold trim mounted on a green lizard with bone and rust-colored scales. I realize these are probably non-orthodox colors for this Knight, but my choice was based on aesthetics and I think he's quite dramatic. I love the NMM. The scales on the Cold One is nice too.

I think the lizard is stunning and steals the show. Lovely work on the scales. I agree that his teeth are a bit too white in the photo. I like the armor color too. It kinda makes him look like a good guy tho.

Well color choice is probably 90 percent asthetic and 10 percent science. I'd probably paint the mount far darker and something other than green and probably tone down the pennant as well. This would focus the eye toward the purple/yellow scheme which is done well IMO. Also, I'd probably do a bit more lining over the whole figure. Theres nothing wrong with dark elves being garish...quite fitting in fact.
