I would suggest as a way of bringing all the colours together that you would mix up a wash/glaze and use it on eveything in varying degrees.

Remember, if you have any pieces that don\'t look right, you can make it look as though they\'ve tried to repaint it...

You could have a yellow or blue plate that looks out of place, and then paint over it in red and then rub/scratch it off in places to make it look suitably orkified :p

I\'m really liking it so far :)
Have you done any more on the base?

I think mixing multiple primary colors and the dominant silver is a bad idea... the rainbow look is not a pretty one. My favorite Ork artwork is often the older 2nd edition / Epic stuff, where they are all very looted looking but very simple in color scheme ie. Yellow with black flames, or red, or whatever.

If you want some armor plates to look different I suggest more neutral colors, ie. Catachan Green, Graveyard Earth, black/grey, and maybe even just doing different metallic techniques like antiqued brass or something.

Yes it did... I\'ve seen it finished and it even got some kind of reward on gamesday... We demand some photos of the finished model.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i think i saw it in a first cut or honorable mention section at a GD...but it never won anything....
