Well, Mr. Ninja Butler, I think you're base sculpts are pretty much on the money. According to this diagram of fatty areas in women (drawn nudity for purpose of anatomy- so probably NSFW), there's only a few major areas of fat on women and you've emphasized them all. Personally, I think the non-bigbooty version is more realistic. But then there is always a variation of realism in any art, so it's just a matter of determining if you want to be Picasso or Rembrandt. Keep up the GS slinging!

I haven't started anything much yet but used an old "ball on a wire" armature and some left over putty to start this:

Anybody who has seen my workspace recently may be able to work out what it will become (I have some good 3D reference material to hand!).

Thanks Moonmin. :smile: But not good enough. I've chopped one of them down almost back to wire because I messed it up and I have to redo it. So near yet so far! The shape just wasn't right.

BTW, no, I still can't figure it out.. It's a face, and that's as much as I can guess so far.

The vamp is at 54mm scale- I tried to go and make a mold out of her, but sadly she cracked somewhere during the process. It was most likely when I put the thing in the freezer for a few minutes to solid up the plasticine clay.

Managed to get the werewolf done in 48 hrs, however taken me 4 days to work out the new computer to be able to upload the pictures to show you guys.

Thanks Goblinho. I'll do you an SBS on the teeth if you would like. As I said time was short this month but really wanted to join in, longest part was waiting for the green bulking to dry to be able to do the fur. It doesn't always go that well trust me !

Argghh!! Damn it! Back to scratch. I've made a stupid mistake: she's not tall enough! I was so caught up in trying to keep the size of my miniatures down to correct 28mm scale I forgot that I wanted her to be huge. Stupid, stupid, stupid! 21 days remaining..

That's funny goblin cause I was just thinking about something Steampunk for next month.

I also had a couple of ideas for upcoming months:
Chibi/ Super Dungeon Explore style (Just when you thought you had normal proportions right....)
Fantasy.. but out of the ordinary (We're talking Elves with katanas or frog adventurers here)
December= XMas (Goes without sayin')
Eastern Lore (I'm up to episode 9 of Journey to the West.. and it's awesome!)

Pumpkin coming along, wolf head miles better than I was expecting. Body is causing me problems with the pose, the way I'm using the sculpting tool to do the fur I can't get it in at the same angle in some places. Had to take one of the legs off (not too drastic, it was only pinned in place) which has helped but the arm across the front will make the basket ball shirt and the waistband of the shorts tricky I think.

Chrispy, I'm old enough to remember when Ponies were not out their faces on drugs (why does everything have to have big eyes), I like the obscure fantasy idea, like an undead bard or even a Kung Fu Tortoise?
