Here is a wip of the alien. I might be done with him soon. Then finish the new weapon for the mercenary and the female trolls.

the neck on the first one looks 'short'? the pictures make it seem like its looking down its 'nose' or in an uncomfortable pose. I would suggest maybe adding a bit more length and tilt forward to that head. IMHO.
Also I guess I see (from my limited study of movement/anatomy) that these guys can move on just two legs/ upright, but are more comfortable using all four limbs. Especially for faster movements/ running? If that's the case maybe adding even more exoskeleton to the knuckles? Again just my 2 cents. These are looking very cool! And as for your Trolls, the first thing that comes to mind is "tea bag" :smile-big:

Nice to see the alien and ugly troll lady completed Ed - both look fantastic and the work you have done on the new one in a couple of days is very speedy work!!! I need to get off my butt and do some more stuff soon...

I've just realised! That old woman Troll reminds me of Zelda from Terrahawks! It would appear my unease of this miniature is related to my childhood...

Thanks everyone. Here he is prior to casting a variation which will all get details. The plan is an armored with helmet or mask version, and a unarmored flayed skin version which will have a skin clothing and chains look.

I'm trying now to finish the boy troll for the family of 5 but am having some issues with one part of the design looking proper to me. I'm debating making him a plain troll and dropping my initial idea for now so that would allow me to finish them.
