Can we legally download his information and post them in the CMON shop as free downloads since it just the same information - all he has done is format it into single files?

I decided to have a look because hey, at 4 quid for 850 pages you can\'t go much wrong. I passed it on to kblaes who noticed that some of the articles were dodgy.

Well, looks like he\'s ripping me off as well, my fluffy wolfen tutorial is in the first part of this guide.
One thing, if he really is based in London, and if we can get the co-operation of Ebay, Ian says we might be able to take him to small claims court for breech of copyright. Whos in? and No, I\'m dead serious about this.

Well it looks like some of our own have bought this. I think it is still up for auction. This bastard needs to be hung. I wounder if we could send emails to all those that have purchased this telling them that it is taken from the website.

How much are you going to pay me for my copyrighted text and photographs? You are using my work with out my legal permission? I would appreciate it if you would remove this item or I will report you to ebay.
I suggest that if you have an article that he is selling, you go ahead and let him know!
Eric is right, he has sold more than an hundred of these things, some for 4.00 some for 9.00. he is making a mint on our work.

If anyone recognizes anything of mine in the ebook, let me know and I\'ll be happy to sign any class action documents required. If not, then all I can do is urge those wronged to take it as far as you reasonably can to get recourse.
Notice that his listings use the expensive bold and highlighted options -- without a doubt, he\'s making a lot of money off this.
This person definitely needs a slap or seven.

Hiya, I purchased one of these books, and it was this that made me aware of the CMON website.
I bought this for £4 on the assumption that it was this guys own work, I promise you I never would have bought it if I known he had just blatantly nicked other peoples stuff and was making money off of it without even so much as an acknowlegement! What an arse!
This site has been fantastic and my painting has improved in a couple of weeks thanks to your comments and tips. Its great that theres people on here as passionate about our hobby as I am, and that they took the time and effort to write and photograph a tutorial in the spirit of helpfulness for other hobyists.
My thanks go out to the authors and if its any consolation to you your articles have been really helpful, as I\'m sure was their purpose and your sole reason for posting them, not greed.
I promise you I will financially support this site, when I get some funds credited into my credit card!But please people, don\'t let gits like this put you off posting tutorials, the Golden demons are only 8 months away and I need your tips!!!
P.S- if the guy is still selling would it be worth buying one, if only to inform people he nicked it all from a FREE website in the feedback section ? after all he can\'t do anything to change adverse feedback!
