Apocalypse 40K

I have 5 warlord titans myself. Of course, they\'re epic scale. :D They\'re from the original Adeptus Titanicus game. I also have two metal warhounds, a shadowsword, and a lot of land raiders, rhinos, marines etc.

Oh Yeah!!! Well I have Gandalf mounted on an AT-AT with a cargo of ravening mutant assault badgers led by Cobr..... No wait that\'s the other thread lol

Were you raised by badgers?

I played quite a few games of Adeptus Titanicus (have you noticed the initials there are AT?); won all but one. I only played 3 games of Space Marine though. Played two vs orcs with my marines, first one without any titan, second with one each, which I won by a greater margin. My friend got do despondant that he gave up on rocs and bought some marines (this was in the days when they didn\'t cost you an arm and a leg). I absolutely trashed his army.

Now, a question about Apocalypse 40k. Can you finally put to rest the theory that was psoted that sisters of battle can wear terminator armour is wrong?

Yes, SoBs in termie armor is wrong. And the simple reason for this is, (and it can be summed up in one word...

BOOBIES!:D:twisted:

A sister in termie armor loses all the curves that drive us poor collectors crazy. I mean that a sister in termie armor is just a space marine with a pretty face, verses one in power armor (or repenta for that matter) has the curves to show the reason that they are members of the Fairer Sex. lol

And for the record, in the time that I had to look over the new book, I didn\'t see any rules on them having access to any Terminator armor. Looks like we\'re stuck with power armor.

I see they\'ve added data sheets for the Legion of the Damned and the wulfen. That probably means no actual army lists for either, and probably not for any of the Cursed Founding chapters.

Sadly there are no box sets for WH or DH. I can only assume it\'s because they\'re metal figures, unlike those that have had the squad with transport sets released.

Speaking of various rules, does anyone have a copy of the space marine army list, I wanna get all set up, but Im not buying a copy of the apocalypse rulebook.

if you want to play then you got to get the rules!

Maybe forgeworld will make a resin version of the rulebook and you could get someone else to buy it for you on their card, that would be a nice hasslefree way for you to get them!

sheesh!

I wouldn\'t bank on it as seeing what you are asking for is illegal.

Also could anyone send me an x box and a copy of guitar hero? I want to play it but I don\'t want to buy it.

Or I have always wanted to live in a big 10 bedroom house with a swimming pool and tennis court, but I don\'t want to buy one so if someone could send me the keys that would be ace...

You don\'t need the Apoc book to play Space marines, the datasheets just allow you to take a couple of units with special rules. Buy the Codex like the rest of us please :p

I have the codex, the dark angels codex, and 2 copies in french.

I just want to be able to list it up for apocalypse, so I can sell it, as anyone who has been paying attention has noticed, Im sick of games workshop, and Im selling the lot.

If your not going to give me an answer, FXXX off.

Unless you have a full company of Marines, a Thunderhawk, 3+ Vindicators or 5 Captains then you probably don\'t need the Apoc book for anything. BTW telling people to **** off doesn\'t exactly make people want to help you.

Well someone is in a loveley happy mood today! Does the steriotypical french arrogance and nonchalance transfer to people who have lived there for a while too?lol

Ben, when you stated in your post that you \'want to get ALL SET UP but don\'t want to buy the rulebook\' implied that you were wanting to play the game, not sell your collection. Jericho HAS answered your question by listing all the space marine datasheets available in the apocalypse rulebook. There are also a few more data sheets available online, absolutley free of charge, for other apocalypse formations for Marines including the terminus pattern land raider, preadator assasin formations and terminator titan hunter squads.

If you look these up, along with the ones Jericho has listed you will have all the information you need to help your listing.

To put this in terms and language familiar with yourself, now you know what the formations are, why the f*** do you care how they work ruleswise if you are selling them and not playing the game? let whoever buys them off you worry about that.

...Wow! I feel like a big man now I ave sworn on an internet forum!
