I attended a workshop with Ben Komets (whiterabbit) and Matt Cexwish (mattcexwish) last weekend to learn how I could win a slayer sword for a change... :D Ben and Matt tought a new technique for me: Wet-in-wet blendings with acrylics. After cursing for a few hours at this new technique I finally got the hang of it. It has been a great workshop and the results that some of the students achieved were quite stunning. For the base I 'stole' an idea from Goatman, who had recently built a cave base. This cave base with stallagmites and stalagtites (is that what you call em in english?) was made out of Milliput and has received a heavy coat of Tamiya Clear so it appears wet (as it should be). I hope you like this miniature as much as I enjoyed painting it. Comments & Votes are as always greatly appreciated.
