Defenseur des plaines, porte étendard

This standard bearer is painted in NMM, with same colour scheme as suggested by Rackham. I liked the pinky style of the boar skin.

It's a chance I didn't see the comments of Tactium. Saying there is no NMM on this mini shows real ignorance. As Dunkle noticed, I come from oil painting, and I experiment gradually replacing many colours touch with very watery technique. I like both in fact, and yes dwarves are meant to look comic-like. Thank you Dunkle for your encouragements!

Dear "tacitum", you got really some nerve. 1st you didn't compete here at all with any creation of your own. 2nd you have not considered and reflected what nmm is by all means. 3rd see, your ratings speaks for yourself. 4th choosing gw products only by what intention only seems to make you preoccupied, so why worrying. 6 by me, and 10 to make it unhappen! -- emms, as i understand (don't speak french at all) you paint your figures till now with oil paintings? Not using a thinner will lead to a heavy colour-crossing. But if this nearmost "comic-style" is your intention, then well done. So i like it the most on 222169 and well, it is actually nmm. If you want to try out more subtle crossover fading, you should use a mix of acrylics and oil, or acrylic only. Greetinx from germany and have fun!
