Chevalier Khor sur Razorback, Uren knight on Razorbak

I have painted the 2 first knights of Uren over one year ago. The box contains 3 riders, but for the third razorback, I had 2 similar half (right side only). Finally, I bought an other box, and this time, all right hands were missing. However, merging what I had allowed me to paint the third knight. One year later, after over 50 minis painted, I have evolved my technique of painting. Some years ago, I was only painting with oil paints, and I had to get used to acrylic, progressively adding more and mode water to smooth the shading, and learning NMM. This mini is mainly in bronze turning to bright copper, which is scarb red + chaos black + scorched brown, turning to red leather ( P818) lightened with white. I kept the set of colours, but the painting is different. Comments are welcome as usual.

Really great job. I love this mini and you did it tons of justice. Always like to see the original paint scheme.

Dunkle Zeiten
Yes, this is a really lovable dark interpretation of this fella. It's completely believable, as the surrounding might be also darkish and gloomy. The pole catches the light from beyond, that is really good. I like that bronzed dark tone in armour. Too sad though, on the base the lava looks more moved by a breeze than a soggy slow croutching one. Slight illumination on the stone from beyond could improve the scenery lot as well. But I think I have also to finish my class in making bases, so don't take that to your heart badly.
