No! It was a Hint. A big HINT.

Gus that\'s a nice collection.

@RedDawn: thanks for the compliment, but I\'m not that good.

Yes you are! Stop being modest!

Gus, great collection. There are many wonderful pieces - personally, I, the poor student, just don\'t have the money, but if I had, rest assured that you would have a rival collector ;)
By the way, if you want one of my minis, I\'d give you one for free because then I could brag that my minis are on display beside some pieces done by the world\'s best painters :D

Yeah, I would put Tammy\'s stuff on the top shelf, that\'s for sure.

And Mike - you do good work, don\'t kid yourself. \'Course, I\'m still waiting...lol

Hello Gus.

I didn\'t realise you had so many of my figures. Including the two that I never got pictures of, that would be a total of 15!
Of course that can\'t possibly be enough yet. Riiight?;):D

Of the ones pictured I have to say that this one is my favorite:

Thanks for liking my stuff! Funny little writeup you have there.;)

Is your wife still painting?

Funnily enough, one I was bidding on...hmmm...

I don\'t hold out hopes of actually winning an auction of yours, Angela. Most I can do anymore is assure a starting bid and higher price...lollol

I recon that his \'top shelf\' should really say \'some of the best painters from the USA\', cause if I\'m not much mistaken, all those artists are from across the big pond, am I right?

But Tammi, did you not know that all the best painters come from the USA. :D lol :innocent: lol

Nice collection, but a disclaimer should be thrown in for the best painters of our time boast. I can name 10 painters who are better off the top of my head lol Still, they are SOME of the best painters without doubt.
Good point, I added the \'some of\' wording. :)
Now for your part, can you name a couple of painters who you feel are better than everyone currently on my site? I personally feel that you can\'t name too many that are better than Marike and Jen, but I\'d love to hear names! :-D

As for MY personal tastes, Angela Imrie and Derek Schubert are my top 2 favorite painters. That is just for my personal style tastes. EVERYONES milage will vary! :-D

A challenge eh? I think Alexi has become better than Jen these days. Eric (the swine that he be) is better than all of them you\'ve listed. Allan C - genius. Can I stop now? Oh, and petethemighty. Did anyone say Cyril? And Mr Zhong. Still, you\'ve made a damed good start Mr!

Not necessarily. at least two are not Americans, they\'re Canadian....
*grumble*

Of course being on this side of the pond makes us shite painters in the eyes of the Brits and Europeans anyways. Because y\'know we\'re ...well... here!
Talentless dicks that we all are.:flame:

Oi! You\'re damned good! Stop that!

I have to agree with Rev, you are a damned good painter Angela. I guess I should amend my statement, which was said in humor, to this:

I hope this is more to the liking of my Canandian friends. :D
