Corwyn the Hunchback

This mini was a lot of fun to paint. It's an excellent sculpt full of small, but sharp, details. The face and hands was quite a challange, since they are so thin, wrinkled and knotted. It was difficult to get smooth blendings and at the same time accentuate all the wrinkles and such. In the end I think I managed quite well to capture Corwyn's sinister and creepy personality. I decided to paint the little cauldron he carries so that it appears to be filled with glowing coal, which he then dips his dagger into. I think the lighting effect worked pretty well.
