The Summoner
I painted this exquisite little Tom Meier sculpt from one of Dark Sword's Parkinson sets quite some time ago. It is an exceptionally tiny miniature due to Meier's ability to sculpt realistic proportions even in small scales like this. In its kneeling position it is 16 mm from floor to eye level. I think it's the most delicate mini I've painted. The miniature sat nearly finished on my desk for a long time as I didn't have any idea about how to do the base. I didn't like the base that came with the mini. A few months ago MaxMini released a set of resin books, scrolls, candles etc. and when I saw that I thought it would be perfect for this mini. The details are possibly slightly big compared to the mini, but the photos make them a bit more so due to perspective. In real life it's nothing you think that much of.
