Avalonian Recruit
I painted this bust as part of my display for the World Expo in Girona, Spain this year. It is a marvellous sculpt available through Kraken Edition's Artefactory line. The chainmail is particularly excellent (probably the best sculpted chainmail I've ever seen) and the face has got a truly fantastic amount of character. All shading and highlighting is made through repeated glazes. A fun and very rewarding miniature to paint!
