I'm not entirely sure if I'm answering the question but the pic was used as promotional photography for 100 Kingdoms. We painted the minis they used at Gen Con to get the company started so that's why the words are on there.
I can't really tell if that's a good paint job or a fixed up picture for a selling website.
It just looks too much like a picture of a picture of a mini. You know?
