Nice color scheme but I agree with the comment that the sides of the bases should be a grey color. Perhaps add some small rocks to the bases as well, something to contrast the white.
Looks to me like the bases ARE flocked, but in white for snow, which makes sense since they are in snow camo. However, it's too light and flat. There are tips around the forums on doing good snow for bases.
