The metals look a bit flaky. If you try painting them to get even coverage, and then putting on a black wash, like GW's Badab Black, I think the metal would look better.
Colours are pretty clean and strong, though. Definately deserves more than the current 3.5! Tabletop quality, I say. With a bit more depth and reworked metal, I'd give it a 6.
A good start - nice neat brush control that will provide a good base for further work.
Skin shadows are good but you could use one more layer of highlights - something like a snot green or snot green/goblin green mix maybe.
You can also use shading/highlighting on teeth and fingernails. Basecoat Snakebite Leather, then add highlights using a Snakebite Leather/Bleached Bone mix or even straight Bleached Bone. For the teeth, add a final highlight on the points using Skull White.
Metals - looks like you are drybrushing with a bit too much paint on the brush. Alternatively, paint the metals Boltgun Metal or Tinbitz, then wash with black and brown or red-brown, and highlight the edges with Chainmail or Dwarf Bronze.
You could also add some edge highlights to the straps and boots.
Base is nice, I like it.
Keep up the good work!
