i am in the middle of painting some boys and i think these boys are okay 2 things i dont like and u can fix are the colours are to solid u need highlightsthan it will look better and 2 the team should be colour blue for death skullz they are a great team hahaha great effort man!
Overall the models are neatly painted.
However you can try the following:
1. Use simple washes for depth
2. Try doing some simple hightlights - at least for the face
3. Blood - less is more!
