Witch of Selena
This is a Ral Partha mini from their European Crucible line that I could see had lot of possibilities, called the Witch of Selena (91-900). Most of the time I've seen her painted she's had black hair, but to me she screamed out "red head" :o) You'll probably see her again in the future in different styles and looks.
