Fire Elemental

I used pieces of real wood to enhance the effect as if this fire elemental was emerging from a campfire.

Kustar, Thanks for the comment, but you may want to check your facts, blue is hot, not cool. I took this clip from Earthscience.Com: Color tells us about the temperature of a candle flame. The outer core of the candle flame is light blue -- 1670 K (1400 °C). That is the hottest part of the flame. The color inside the flame becomes yellow, orange and finally red. The further you reach to the center of the flame, the lower the temperature will be. The red portion is around 1070 K (800 °C).

I'm afraid the hottest part in a flame is WHITE, not blue. Actually, the coolest part of a flame is blue. Good conversion, anyway.

Because the hottest part of any flame is blue, not yellow or orange... just look at a gas burner and you'll see.
