I cut off the shortbow this mini comes with and replaced it with a crossbow from one of the reaper weapons packs. Sadly, this character was slain in our last session by an undead. In true dungeon crawler fashion, as he gazed into the face of the monster about to strike its killing blow, Roscoe called out "Ragga, you can have all my stuff!".

Nice paintjob :) Some smoother transitions will give you better scores.

I'm all in favor of weapon swaps, but I am anal about consistency. I recommend you shorten the quiver, because it now looks like he's trying to stick an arrow onto his crossbow instead of a bolt.

The green vest and crossbow looks good. The details show through in there. But the arrows and yellow shirt also needs a wash of some kind as well. Without it, the arrows looks like a mesh of red stuff.
