I saw this color scheme on a WH 40k Kill Team of Plague Marines by Mark Jones in White Dwarf #300, and thought it would look cool on a genestealer. I'm very pleased with the result. It will be nice to play Space Hulk and not have primer-white albino genestealers (its only been 8 years or so!). I actually plan to try 4 different color schemes and have mini-broods of 5 bugs in matching colors. Other colors will be posted as I finish them....

Great color scheme. Finnaly something diffrent which is fitting the tyranids. Cool work man!

These minis are only going to be used with my Space Hulk game, and I wanted the minis bases to match the board, so I scanned and printed the board sections and pasted them on. If they were stand-alone pieces I would have done something different with the bases, but as part of the game this is what I decided to do. Thanks!

The figures paint job is ok, but you've ruined it with a tacky stick on base. Why not actually make the design, after all that effort painting it, its worth the time to make the base look nice as well.
