This is the major villain in the Kalamar campaign I was in. In our first encounter with her, my witch character tossed her into a forge fire (witches just shouldn't DO that kind of thing to each other!), hence the slagged face that I did with greenstuff. Sadly the campaign has since been abandoned, so we were never able to finish her off...
