@Echo thanks! I got close but not quiet where I wanted them to be. It looked like a the minor open spaces almost fit the two expansion centers.

That's awesome if you manage to get them in. I'm guessing they aren't sleeved?
I'm hoping to get mine soon, before end of this week since I just got a tracking notification of it being on its way tonight.

I bought the sleeves as well so I'm not expecting it all to fit in the same box... I'll be happy that I have everything that's supposed to be in the box, ie enough sleeves for expansions and 6 player expansions.

@Echo is correct, I did not sleeve my cards. What I have done is set up the box along the following lines:

I oriented the box so the bulk of the wider card slots are on my right, with the long row of narrow slots to my left. At one end of the left hand side is a slot that's a bit wider than the others, that's oriented closest to me. The left hand side fits all the item cards from the basic set plus the item tracker deck (which is a bit wider) at the very bottom of the left side. Then on the right side I keep 4 pre-set 10 card player decks (xenostathem cards plus the militia cards) for ease of pulling from the box. Next I go to the bottom of the right side (closest to me) and insert in the following order: Division Cards, Wave 3, Wave 2, Wave 1, Expansion decks (Grafting and Psychogenics labs), Wave 3 troop stack (including the 2 extra kickstarter exclusive troops), Wave 2 troop stack (including the 2 extra kickstarter exclusive troops), Wave 1 troop stack. This should leave 3 card dividers between the player stacks and the wave 1 troop stack.

Following that my base tracker sits in the slot provided, then I stack the 4 kickstarter lanes 2 high, then place the kickstarter mat over them, and then the rulebook. The cover slides on with about an inch gap from closing all the way.

Hope that helps others figure out how to set-up the box.

Hey Bill,

Setting up the box was pretty easy, didn't get to read yours until I already put all the cards in.
I assumed one side with all the smaller slots were items and the other ones were troops and hives. Pretty easy to figure out.
I can see why CMON was talking about how they custom made the insert. For the core game it is pretty neat that there is a slot for each thing.
Its just too bad that the expansions couldn't fit, I don't think I'd blame CMON for that however, that was just due to how successful the campaign was.

I really do hope that we'll see more expansions and releases for onslaught. If not I'd be happy to see Frostbite. Sleeved everything just need to play it now.

What did you do with the Xenosanthem cards?

I put the basic set-up of xenostathem with each player setup then left the rest in the troop stack per wave.

Were the Kickstarter shipments insured? I did not receive my shipment, and I suspect the package was stolen minutes after it was delivered to my doorstep by a Fed-Ex truck tail-gaiter. Yes, this is a common problem in my city.
