Revolution- One website where the frontpage isnt full of various junk or links, just a listing of each mini manufacturer and mini accessory manufacturer. Yes I know there are tons. Click the link to get to a page offering each companies wares. The kicker, you can pay for it all on the said site. Yes the logistics of it would be monumental as the said company would have to warehouse all companies ranges in order to deliver promptly, but hey its a wish.

As I once mentioned to Steve Buddle (trying to drop a hint) I\'d like to see a Dragon with a chest area proportunate to the power of the wings. (Just think how strong the Keel bone (Sternum) in a birds chest has to be, to support the stresses of take off!)
I had a book once that suggested that dragons inflate themselves with hydrogen to achieve lift. They breathe fire by belching up the hydrogen and igniting it. They like gold because their highly acidic body chemistry (to generate the H2) corroded any other nesting material. A pretty clever idea considering those characteristics were put together with no scientific reason in mind.

I think there was a special on the idea of a dragon that was actually all the legends said they were. The hydrogen was produced by the breakdown of food in ther bodies durring digestion, it was then stored in special sacs that helped it acheieve air lift. They always nested near deposits of platnum which they could naw on to where it would get stuck in their teeth, and when mixed with the hydrogen it would create fire. The fire was useful but would slow them down.

Really, I agree with wanting to see a dragon that scales to the size of the humans in the range. However, I think the closest may have been achieved by GW in their diminutive Warmaster range.

I have mentioned on similar discussions that I would really like to see more \'multi-staged\' characters.

Instead of cranking out new characters all the time, I\'d like to see the SAME character in a multitude of poses, with different weaponry, riding a horse, in winter garb, etc. etc.

Three words Supervike: Heresy Miniatures, Boris.

but

why did Dragonsreach say this:

\" As I once mentioned to Steve Buddle (trying to drop a hint) I\'d like to see a Dragon with a chest area proportunate to the power of the wings. (Just think how strong the Keel bone (Sternum) in a birds chest has to be, to support the stresses of take off!) \"

what\'s the \"hint\" referring to?

Originally posted by supervikeRev, I get the feeling that they are related to Mark Copplestone in some way.
Actually, most, if not all of those figures are from the old Grenadier future warrior range which was sculpted by Mark Copplestone. When I asked 4EM-miniatures about that several years ago they told me they had been buying stocks of cast figures and that there were still unclarities on the casting copyrights (as in, who owned what - they had the moulds but it was unclear who held the reproduction rights). Not sure what the current situation is.

I think Dragonsreach was trying to get him to sculpt a dragon maybe... ;)
Bang on the nail Sebastian!
But that was towards the very early part of 2005.
Work and other issues have prevented that conversation continuing.

Knights of Columbus.

Those are guys dressed with swords, capes feathered chapeaus and tuxes. I happen to be one but the only thing I\'ve seen so far is a mini so bad that it would probably get a 1 on CMON.

And here is the proof!
