Neil you need to host the images somewhere like for example a website or someplace like photobucket.com you can set up a free account. Upload the pictures there and then use the little image insert thingy thats located above the image box looks like a little yellow picture with a mountain in it. Photo bucket will give you the proper URL to insert into it.. and it will then host your image here.. Its pretty easy..play with it.
