Hi Bladesmith, I like your stuff. The freehand on the tank hatch is great, and the hull points pieces are an excellent idea. I love when we can take rules/ game mechanics and turn them into actual usable pieces/ add-ons. I too still consider myself a gamer more than a painter, though I've hardly played at all in the last 10 years XD As for hanging out with friends and working, from memory, it was always fun, and usually not very productive...

This is "fuegan's bitch" a pewter model a friend brought me to go with his eldar army... it was fun, I did the skin with the air brush in three tone. I made a few mistakes I could have corrected, missed brush strokes and all but I painted her in one sitting and didn't take a second look before I cleared it. Done.

Sanded down the chipped paint and go some black on the axe.

Almost done just need to do jewels. The helmet may have need a bit more pop but I think its ok.

I needed something to test out realistic water on and try out some water effects so I wipped this up really fast as an objective or piece of terrain. Carved plaster and sand and prefabbed flora.
