Not a link, but a random thought on organisation:

How about collecting all the links and suggestions, sorting them by appropriate categories and placing them in the first post? Might be easier to browse through. It\'s a method I\'ve seen used successfully on other forums, see here, for example. You could add a \"Last updated\" date so that people can see when it was last added to.

That was initial plan... :) However I haven\'t had time.. or more accurately taken time to go through all the links yet. I have the thing half sorted in notepad on my computer... But when you least expect it I will sort it out. :p It will require several posts though, probably a new thread.

:p Ok, seriously, sorry guys and gals. Life and work got in the way. I\'m going to Budapest this week but I promise I will have this one sorted by the week after that. No UKGD for me though...

Hi CMON, I\'m wondering if a tweak to the title of this thread might help some folks? The number of people who ask common questions without refering to having looked here makes me wonder if they\'re missing the thread? Off the top of my head \"Tips, WIPs, FAQs & Articles - links to help with Painting & Conversions\". Loads of you are snazzier with language than me so I\'m sure a better title would be swiftly supplied. Any thoughts on whether change is good? :) B.

Ok. I have added a first version of the sticky thread to the top of the forum. But even though it\'s long there could be some more useful links added, especially around mastering hard to use colours etc. I will add to it later anyway.

Feedback on the layout is welcome as well.

Sorry that it took so long time (the many views it has already is through my editing).
