Well I\'m seriously impressed.
I\'ll definitely be having at least one of them as the Scary Liver Bird, (my friends a Liverpool fan).
Hope you won\'t be objecting to it being painted Red.

You doing alternate wings for this?

Daym.

As as big fan of various prehistoric creatures, I\'m in awe. I may have to point this thread out on other forums while jumping up and down and squeaking \"Look! Look!\", if you don\'t mind.

wow thanks for the feedback guys, its really nice to know that people like him.
hes slowly starting to get finished, just one wing and the legs to do now. i had to alter one of the eyes a little as there was a slight mishap with a needle file, its getting there though.

dont ask me how the space marine lost its /pinned/ head. i suspect fowl play. i turned round and his head was off, ive been looking at the bird very suspiciously ever since.

right i think its finally finished now, i need to get some decent photos tommorow so i can submit it for voting but anyway here it is. im surprised how well its turned out....bearing in mind its something like my 4th or 5th attempt at sculpting.
its going to be in production hopefully before christmas, Necromancer graphix will make an announcement when it is.

any feedback appreciated

Very impressive. I really like the amount of texture you have in all areas, especially the legs. That mounted shot looks like it would be great for a Fantasy Game, you may just want to sculpt up an optional saddle for this one, I would love to see some goblins on one of these ala Battlelore:

The saddle is a great idea Gilvan. We might release one for it separately after the model itself is released. But to keep it simple we figured the bird alone will be just fine. Once it is released I would actually love to see some conversions with a saddle and rider on it. :) Thanks for the positive feedback on this one guys. And Q you did a great job sculpting it.
