Mr C likes old Ral Partha minis so that most of what I have sitting around. I like Reaoer, Darksword and several other small companies. I tend to do Dioramas and individual character minis instead of armies and never have painted anything from a modernistic game but would love to try my hand at steam punk.

I use mostly Reaper master series paints with a bit of almost anuthing else I can get thrown in including craft paint if the color is right. I try to keep things looking realistic so I don\'t limit the amount of colors I use in any way. I just let the mini tell me where it needs to go. Sometimes we argue a lot. It\'s kind of embarrassing. :D

Thunderbolt Mountain (Wood Elves), Hasslefree (Zombie Hunters) and Ebob (English) are my favourites at the moment. Darksword is going to be getting a lot of business from me in the near future too :D

I\'ve only recently discovered other companies apart from GW, so I\'m finding stuff I like all the time :D Which is nice in itself :p

I particularly like some of the Reaper stuff, Rackham also had/had(?:() some good stuff, Hasslefree... And I\'m always discovering new stuff :D

Figure-wise I like mainly Sci-fi, although there\'s the odd figure from other ranges that I like.

Paint wise- I still think I\'m developing my personal style, and I enjoy trying new techniques like NMM, etc even though they can be VERY frustrating at times :)

I\'ve also started dabbling with sculpting as I think it would be cool to do something completely from scratch.

Who knows - with enough practice I might have a few cast by someone :) I\'d love to see people\'s different takes on something that I\'d made :D

 Can’t say I have one particular mini company that I like above all others.

I use mostly Vallejo, but I will try out new paints when they come out on the market, buy a couple of pots to try them out.

If my mini argues with me, it gets it mouth super glued shut..... I rule with an Iron Fist at my paint table!!

no particular companies as such, but i have recently got one of enigmas 54mm sculpts by allan c and it\'s fantastic.

definately going to try and get more of allans sculpts as the detail is superb without going over the top giving the painter full control.
(just wish i could paint as good as him)

Well, back in the old days, when I started buying minis, I had some citadel (when GW sold other companies\' games and citadel made minis for other games) and Grenadier. I got back in to the hobby last year and so far have just played 40k and a bit of WFB. That\'s why most of my new minis have been GW (you\'re gonna hate this catman; but Tau are amongst them). I recently got some Rackham stuff in the sales and I will be purchasing minis from lots of other companies. The ones I can remember are Hasslefree, Avatars of War, Wyrd, Crunch Waffle. Those are the ones I\'ve made a list of which minis I\'d like. I have to look through others properly.

paint-wise, I mostly have GW paints, including some from way back from the old citadel colour and advanced paint sets. I also have a few P3 paints. I\'m awaiting my order from the war Store for more P3 and some reaper Master Series. I\'m a slow painter so I haven\'t done much yet. I keep having to remind myself to thin the paints as I\'m used to using artists acrylics quite thickly for illustrations. I also have to remind myself not to paint whilst tired. Countless mistakes already and repaints.

I have that mini too! It\'s absolutely amazing. Enigma is my favourite company at the moment.

I lot a lot of stuff from a lot of different companies and tend to buy what I like as well as adding to a growing collection.

Well GW-wise I\'m pretty much minied out. I have more stuff than I could ever paint. My last purchace was a Placcy Baneblade but I could do with another one... An the new Ork range is pretty nice... and I always wanted a Skaven army.... and I need to finish off my Tau... and my Thousand Sons.... and another two Imperial Guard armies.... awww crap

Other games I play and associated fave companies include:

Warhammer Historical - Gripping Beast, Black Tree and Littlebigmen shield transfers

Warhammer English Civil War - Renegade, Redoubt and Bicorne

Legends of the Old West - Artizan and West Wind

I also like Hasslefree (cos they give out sweeties), Heresy (Andy has to be the unluckiest guy in the universe, stuff always seems to be going wrong for him poor guy), Pig Iron is starting to look rather nice. Black Scorpion, Dragon Rune, Gamezone and I wouldn\'t mind one of those Majestic Bear treemen either.

I also have 30+ Hirstarts moulds which kick arse by the way.

Paint-wise I\'m still cracking on with the GW stuff. I was thinking of changing to Vallejo but after getting a black I\'m not too sure as it\'s incredibly shiny.

You\'ve got 10 plague monks, so your skaven army has begun.

Have you got a link for that treeman and would it be the right size for WFB wood elves?

Amazingly enough, I\'m also \'Mr. C\' and I prefer older Ral Partha models...

Second would be Darksword, as I like the realistic/proportionate aspect of both lines of minis.

I don\'t paint much, but am trying to start back up again, albeit in small amounts.

sooo what mini company do you like?

Wyrd. If I had to pick just one, it would be them. They have some pretty interesting minis and, best of all, they\'re in the process of launching a miniatures game in the near-future.

sooo what minis in the company do you like?

I really like the Ortegas (their latest release) and the Rotten Belles. Overall, they have some really cool stuff.

sooo how do like to paint??
I like to paint well, but I\'m still working on that.

well, as i work for aberrant games, i guess the right answer is aberrant games...
to be honest, i collect everything that is well sculpted...whatever company, whatever genre, whatever scale...
personally i\'m with matty on this...naked ladies!!! more naked ladies!!!
aside from naked ladies, i\'m all about the big guns and armour of the sci-fi genre...i grew up on robotech and transformers...so space marines(good and bad), and tau really get me wantin\' to paint...luckily aberrant\'s game rezolution dt is a sci-fi game, so i get to paint mecha and big guns, as well as sexy ladies...
for paints, i use p3 and gw...i have about 15 years worth of gw paints, and they are still goin\' strong...my style is very graphic arts... heavily influenced by comic books, graffiti, and traditional tattoos...strong clean base colors, deep shades, and sharp bold highlights...and boobieslol...

cheers
jah

I really like Hasslefree and Wyrd\'s stuff. Traditionally a GW fan so lots of their figures hold a place in my favourites too.
