coming on nicely tho i tend to agree with monkysplitters the tails way too thick at the base, my advice take a look at some wildlife photos of big cats a few stills for reference should keep you right. if its not wired on cut it off at the base then re attach lower down should solve both issues at once. and i have to say im impressed with the scale of the project you have taken on the detail in the sculpting of a lion alone is mind bending i cant wait to see what way you handle the mane, good luck.

Thanks all for the kind comments and good critiques. I totally agree with the lion\'s tail. I\'m actually sculpting a manticor now too, so my mistake with the tail in the beginning with this lion is helping me learn for building the manti. That being said, the mistake made was baking the tail before building the rest of the model (bad idea for future big cat sculptors). Fortunately it\'s made with sculpey firm, so I\'m just going to sand it down. Hopefully I\'ll get some more stuff done this week. Best of luck to you guys!

Just ran across this on the forums, I am halfway through a high elf white lion with lord sculpt which is very similar
