PRO Painted eBay auctions

I have won some great minis off ebay that are pro painted.

Most recently "Pro painted display miniature - Ymir the White, Lord of StoneGate" by Jarhead.

I have used 'pro-painted' ebay posts to view particular artists online galleries and been very impressed with their work.
Often 'pro-painted' without that website backup is not really as impressive.

While I have been tempted by some of the top work on ebay, I have yet to justify the increased cost to myself.
