Ok, well here are some close ups of the Grots for now. I think I might do some other close ups as time goes on. There\'s just too much to photograph and post pics of all at once. So I\'ll do it here and there as the spirit moves me...

Here be the grots. They are a combination of the snotlings, gretchin, gnoblars and little plastic dudes I found that I don\'t know where they are from and a pile of strange weapons (they look like they might be from VOID I think - don\'t know how I got them).

First the handlers - converted from plastic nobs basically. 2 Grabbas and 1 Grotprod:

I am amazed at anyone that can actually paint that many figures. I wish i had the patience. They look really cool I believe. Very consistent, and very cool work throughout.

:)

(I do have to say that I\'m jealous though ):cussing:

You\'re a either a professional dumpster diver, or a pack rat. Where do you get all these non-model type parts?

Seriously, this and the iron warriors project are incredable. Awsome work that has, no doubt, inspiered numerous people to horde random trash and then assemble it to make some mechanical monstrosity causing their opponents to quake in fear... or laugh uncontrolably. (Love the eyes on the gargant lol )

Sorry it took me a while to respond. Most of the gear I use is just junk I pick up from around the ridges. VCR bits, model bits, historic model sprue and bits, gear, card, ice cream containers, the list goes on. Anything that looks useful I keep it till later. It\'s just a case of keeping anything that looks like you might be able to use it in a box somewhere. Mind you - every now and then you have to go through it and chuck the crap out. I threw out 3 battleforce boxes the other day, lol.

I ended up with 334 models in my army for the apocalypse battle. HUUUUUGE game. 6 hours to get through 3 turns :) and it came in at 8104pts.
