Thanks, I use GW paints, I am still getting to grips with thinning the paint. On this one the highlights got all grainy.

Well, you\'ve done a not-to-bad job on a mini that doesn\'t have much to offer. I notice your highlighting seems to peter out as you moved down the mini. That is, there doesn\'t seem to be much highlighting on the legs...so there\'s something to look out.

Plus, the shaft of the spear could stand out a little more. I\'ll sometimes paint these black, and then drybrush with bestial brown (or equivalent)....and then touch up with snakebite leather (or equivalent).

Nicely painted snotling! Spear head and hemet really nice, shaft of spear could use some more highlighting / shading. Little more highlighting on the legs and feet would help.

Welcome to the sight. And counter to what Dragonsreach said, we\'re not all crazy here. We are too... we are not... we are too, oh shut up.

Well I was a lurker for ages until I started posting, and I\'m doing it on a regular basis. it is kind of strange though, because technicly I\'ve been here longer than Finn!lol
