I like this guy a lot! Like Tony Manero I think the super bright red around the face is a bit too much. I think the model in general could benefit from a couple hours worth of subtle washes... it should tone down some of the bright spots and really make the guy look good and disgusting.

I got a new bottle of Tamiya Clear Red today I washed the wounds with VMC German Cam. Black Brown to darken the red first, then washed it with Tamiya Clear Red+Black, waiting for that to dry now after that another wash of pure Tamiya Clear Red and the wounds are done. Made me sick to my stomach though, the Clear Red made the spine and wounds look like they\'re covered in real blood:|~ Hope it dries quickly so I can posted an update tonigth

I like your choice of really bold colours on this model. The bright red in his guts spilling out of his stomach, aswell as the other red wounds, really stand out. Will be interseting to see what that bloodeffect does to the wounds. However, really liking the bright reds in general, i think that his tounge should be painted in a diffrent way than those open wounds. I\'d say that his tounge would look better a bit darker...

And the updated GUO, now with darker wounds and bloody guts and spine The Clear Red is a bit glossy, but I think it just helps with the wet blood effect

May I say that the spine just looks HORRIBLE, but in a good way!

That last lot of red has made the wounds look really bloody and you have really pulled it together.

The guts are looking superb now. They have darkened up but havelt lost any of their vibrancy. Very nice indeed.

I did it a bit in the wounds, in the deep cracks you can see some glinstering blood But I didn\'t want to overdo it so I used it mainly on the stomach and spine
