Well shut my mouth and paddle me with the satanic paddle of satanic paddling (+4), but still I disagree with everything he said. Most humans are p****s. Who would want contact with them?

;)lol

The satanic paddle of satanic paddling (+4) shall also become a heirloom to be passed down to those who do not know various things about D&D and similar.

Hmmm, sounds like how me and my friends are trying to get our local school gaming resource back on its feet (Not at all sports related) because of last years incident of a kid saying \'demon\' infront of his mom and he was in the school gaming club, the mother tried filing a lawsuit against the school for the club preaching satanism. The club was shut down and the lawsuit left unfiled. All that was done was the kid watched a game of D&D, only one demon popped up the whole adventure. We are curently trying to come to a level playing ground with the board of education, so far, so good.

I was in my local GS yesterday getting in on the free comix day. There was a woman in there who looked to be 30ish wearing elf ears and it didnt seem to be a joke to her. ???

Elf ears huh? How do you know they weren\'t Spock ears? ;) On a side note I\'m never terribly impressed with the books you get on FCBD, Only a few have ever piqued my interest and most are just dreck (especially the fat little volume of shite manga). I guess the small amount of story you get in a single comic book just doesn\'t do it for me anymore... I just wait and get the bound collection of anything I like. The free Wolverine mini I picked up made me happy this year though ;)

In my school, talking about what Bill Clinton did is wrong. Me and my friend were joking around about what would happen if good ol\' Bill played D&D, \"My fellow Americans, I sincerely apologize for passing the saving throw to have intercoarse with that level 23 elf\"

I\'m just hoping that 5.5M World of Warcraft players lessen the stigma of other forms of entertainment in escapist settings.

The comparison between fantasy sports and rpg\'s is priceless. \"I once heard about a bunch of guys who sacrificed a whole keg trying to summon Brett Favre!\"

I just don\'t understand the vicarious achievement that people get from sports fandom.... not that I don\'t enjoy watching sports now and then (I live in HockeyTown after all) but some people\'s sense of actual worth seems indelibly tied to the performance of a team over which they have no control. /rant

Only if your draft includes your D&D characters (whoohoo, My wizard made it to the Superbowl!)

So that begs the question: are spock ears rather than elf ears, better or worse???

I once saw a man with no ear (at a flea market). Just a hole on the side of his head. How does this stack up? He was eating donuts at the time.
