First mini in a Looonnnggg Time.... WIP

Well, after several unsatisfactory results with sculpting (I think I need a lot of practice in that field), I managed to pin the original handle in place with some very careful drilling and it's perfect and quite strong!

You can probably see the damage the superglue did at the bottom of his cloak by the right foot. I think it's salvageable though. I'm a little snowed under by study atm but I am going to try to do some more painting this weekend.

Hi all,

Been working on my project for school so haven't had a chance to do much painting. Even so I have finished the Skulltaker and will post the pics here for you. They are not that great but I'm glad it's done.
All comments and suggestions are welcome. I am hoping to start m next project in about 5 weeks when I finish school.

Ah. Let's see.. gorgeous skulls, nice colour balance.. brilliant blending.. excellent armour.. not much to add. Only thing is the blue flames are bright bright bright. I think it suits that item (its glowing, it should be bright) but it does draw the eye away from the rest of the model, but that is just an observation, not a criticism.
