That\'s the thing....
Everyone thinks \'colourblindness\' means seeing in black and white. That level of difficulty is
so rare it\'s statistically insignificant. More than one in ten males however, possess a degree of difficulty that will prevent them from entering certain professions.
The trouble is, the standard test for \'colour blindness\' is the Ishihara spot test.....I can\'t do that, but I can pass other tests if they are used. Does that mean I am \'spotblind\' as opposed to \'colourblind\'?
I now look at it as being analogous to a dogs hearing...I can see as many colours as my wife, but my reception has moved along the scale a bit...
