I don't know if it has been said but MANOWAR!

Seriously perfect for Warhammer, the line "Of life and death I am king for both do I bring" always made me think of Space Marines

Yah yah, it's chessy, I know : P

Also the The Horrors song 'New Ice Age' made me think of inquister for some reason, can't explain that one...

'Slayer -- Angel of Death' is a good song for a Drop Pod descent.
'Judas Priest -- Painkiller' is great for Rhinos and LRCs riding top speed to the enemies and some brutal assaults.

Hell, anyone can play tough to metal.

Try keeping a strait face and playing with the Muppet Show Theme playing in the background.

I'm army themed with my music.

Imperial Guard: Vietnam era stuff. Credence Clearwater, Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water, Steppenwolf - Born to Be Wild, Hendrix. With Catachans I'll throw in Offspring - Burn it Up / Metallica - Fuel. And the odd song out Megadeth - Peace Sells.

Adeptas Sororitas: some Gregorian Chant, Jem - 24, Halo - Title Theme, Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains, Tool.

Orks: Dropkick Murphy's, The Clash, The Ramones, Flogging Molly, Offspring (including Burn it Up for the Burna Boyz) and most other older punk.

Eldar: Deftones, The Crystal Method (specifically Legion of Boom), Massive Attack, Dust/Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, and other electronica.

Space Marines: Soundgarden, Bush - Machinehead, Metallica, The Rolling Stones - Paint it Black (for a certain faction in the blood angels)

Chaos: Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Motorhead, Ozzy, Black Sabbath

I don't have the other armies so I don't really have music laid out for them.
