Got into miniatures and gaming back in 1993 at the age of 13, but financial limitations meant I never got to paint as much as I'd like. Me and my bro used to play Epic 40k with cardboard cutouts to represent figures we couldn't afford. Happy times! University intervened and I abandoned the hobby, but always stopped to gaze into hobby shop windows. In 2002 I painted four or five mini for old-times sake, but didn't get the bug.
Recently (late 2014) my wife bought me the revised Spacehulk... well, that's it I'm back in the game and determined to paint well (even if my time to paint is severely limited).
