Formor Fiend
I was inspired by a couple of people on this one. I really liked how Ravenwing had taken his pictures. I loved the multiple poses over the faded image. I was also inspired by Andrew Bishop who painted up 90 of these fiends! He used them in place of Bloodletters in his Khorne Daemonic Legion army. Totally amazing. To help me decide if I should do something like that, I painted up this one as the test model. I think I'm going to have to get a lot more of them becuase I really enjoyed painting it and I think they look perfect as Bloodletters. I tried keeping the pallate pretty simple as there will be over 60 of these guys on the board at the same time. Like all confrontation models, there are amazing details on them that challenge you all the time. I had been dying to paint one and got my first chance on this one. I hope you like him as much as I do. Please let me know what you think.
