well, I agree with Athariel about the blending. Also the staff looks more like plastic not wood. The highlights on the beard are too sharp, I think. And the green bag - is it shaded/highlighted at all? Overall impression is good but such a close-up revealed some faults...

The blending in the robes aren't very good i can tell you, they are not smooth, th esame problem with the beard. But i like it overall.
