Excellent job... only thing I can suggest is that you needed a darker, richer blue on the head. With the highlights you used it looks faded (unless that was intended). But when I think Thousand Sons, I think King Tut's death mask.

Great looking figure, the hues of the colors you chose compliment each other well. Base leaves more to be desired but the character is awesome!
