this girl is coming up on her second or third birthday, i painted her back in high school, and her age is really beginning to show. look how thick that paint is! she's the bounty hunter in my escher gang for necro, continuing the all girl theme of the house. im actually quite fond of the gigantic bolter and bionic ex-space marine leg, as they add an almost surreal manga feel to the model. kinda reminds you of john blanche sketches with ridiculously oversized guns. based on reaper warlord kyla bounty hunter

Excellent conversion. The delicate features juxtaposed with the marine leg and the Huge Gun give it a creepy part human/part machine look. I mean that in a good way.

the gun arm was socketed to recieve a hand with a crossbow, which was replaced with the hand of a GW daemonette. the bolter was glued straight on and the object on the opposite side of the gun is a lascannon scope. the leg was deceptively easy. i chopped out her original leg from under the dress, and squeezed the space marine leg in under there and puttied the joint in the back. the sword was also converted so that the guard and hilt have the chainsword engine on it.
