the head reminds me of the picture in the chaos codex, next to the HQ-description (page 22 in the german version).

thats a pretty sweet conversion with a good paint job. I usually don't like nurgle but I must agree, thats pretty cool.

The sword seems unnaturaly bright when compared with the beautiful earthy tones of the rest of teh figure, but that aside nice paint-job on a sweet conversion (bit of a Nurgle fan myself, but at =I= scale).
